If any product is damaged during shipping contact us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise and someone will contact you to discuss the replacement your merchandise. Our replacing the merchandise will be based on your ability to provide information to help us conclude that it in fact was damaged during shipping. In some cases, we are able to replace merchandise in the absence of such information, but this is done on a case by case basis and should not be seen as a guarantee that replacement will happen. You may NOT use any of the merchandise that you purchase as part of another product that you plan to offer for sell. You may not include any of the songs you purchase on any MIXTAPES, CD’S or DVD’S that you plan to offer for sell or as a free give away. You may NOT duplicate, replicate and or offer any of the T-Shirts or Booklets that you purchased, for sell through your own vendor, or website, without the proper authorization from the M59MINISTRIES.COM. We offer several different programs that have been created to accommodate your outreach needs. We also offer great pricing plans for individuals / ministries that wish to offer our transitional media products for free to the public.
