If any product is damaged during shipping contact us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise and someone will contact you to discuss the replacement your merchandise. Our replacing the merchandise will be based on your ability to provide information to help us conclude that it in fact was damaged during shipping. In some cases, we are able to replace merchandise in the absence of such information, but this is done on a case by case basis and should not be seen as a guarantee that replacement will happen.
